Otet Syllabus 2022 PDF
The Board of Secondary Education (BSE) Odisha has prescribed the OTET syllabus 2022 along with the publication of the notification. Candidates should review the themes in the curriculum to get ready for the Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET). For Paper 1 and Paper 2, there are two components of the OTET syllabus. Teachers of classes I through V take Paper 1, and teachers of classes VI through VIII take Paper 2.

OTET Exam Pattern 2022
Paper 1 and Paper 2 of the OTET exam follow different patterns. Each paper has a 2 hour 30 minute time limit and is of an objective nature. Each of Papers I and II carries 150 points, and there is no deductibility for incorrect responses. A total of 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) from the subjects of child development and pedagogy, language-I (Odia/ Urdu/ Hindi/ Telugu/ Bengali), language-II (English), mathematics, and environment studies are included in paper 1. In Paper 2, 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) are asked in either Social Studies, Mathematics & Science, Language-I (Odia/ Urdu/ Hindi/ Telugu/ Bengali), Language-II (English), or Child Development & Pedagogy.
