The long-running Supreme Court lawsuit involving the Heera Group has now been resolved. It all began in 2018 when the business was involved in an unfounded accusation. After battling for years in court, they were cleared and exonerated from all the accusations made against them. The SFIO was tasked with investigating on behalf of the court. Additionally, they gave a favourable report about them, which aided them even more in the case. The court then instructed them to make arrangements so that the investors’ debt would be paid with the money.
