She initiated her entrepreneurial journey at a young age. Instead of consuming her wealth, Dr. Nowhera Shaik chose to come to a creator. Born in 1973 in the small village of Kallur in the Chittoor quarter of Andhra Pradesh, this enterprising lady innovated MNII, an Urdu- Arabic development society with 150 scholars. Out of 150, 120 scholars came from poor backgrounds. They were given free education. In 2008, it began importing and exporting gold under the name Heera Gold. The Heera Group exports its products to further than 50 countries. The group eventually diversified its operations for better outcomes.
In 2012 Dr. Nowhera Shaik launched Heera Mobile Clinic, which provides free treatment to the pastoral poor, and Heera Fincapital Ltd, which provides them with interest-free fiscal backing. It has also erected an Islamic academy with caravansaries and provides free education to thousands of girls every time.

In short, Dr. Nowhera Shaik rose from humble onsets to the position of CEO of the Heera Group comprising 22 companies in colorful fields similar as gold, investment, cloth, jewelry, mineral water, real Estate, Electronics, etc. with a strong presence in India, China, Canada Africa, and all other GCC countries like UAE Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and Oman.
