Assorted meat (beef, kpomo, goat meat, shaki)
Assorted fish (stockfish, dried fish, smoked fish)
Ground crayfish
Palm oil
Cocoyam (ede)
Seasoning cubes/liquid/powder (Maggi/Knorr)

Salt and pepper to taste
