I bought sza tickets with a refund guarantee. However within the same week, I found out I would be out of the country when she was performing . Ticketmaster was very difficult to get a refund from and kept taking me in circles with the ai help,because they don’t use a phone number anymore. So I lowered the price and sold the tickets to some friends through the Ticketmaster app. I was told to send id documents which I did multiple times to get my money . Every time I’ve sent it it’s been rejected. I’ve tried different types of ids,I’ve scanned it ,I’ve done it perfectly every single time yet they’re still being rejected. The concert is now a month away and I can’t get my money back because whenever I go to find help for what I can do to get the id to get accepted it ,again, takes me in circles on the ai without giving me help to the problem I have . I want to know how to get my id accepted considering it’s almost at 50 attempts and Ticketmaster is very difficult to get help from.
