In short with technical difficulties according to their Consultants I have played a game I actually like and won a few rand, during the winning spin the money just dissapeared. I stopped screengrabbed it and sent it and forwarded it to several consultants. They wanted a number under recent /past bets, but get this there is no play showing for that date.THAT I also sceengrabbed. That happened on the 2nd April and today I enquired again. They sent me an email with feedback that I don't even want to open because I know they have not resolved my query.
