Responsibilities Assist the Product Owner (of user story) to create User Stories for inclusion into the Product Backlog. Ensure the language adheres to Scrum Assist the Product Owner and Project Manager to prioritize the Product Backlog Facilitate Story Point Estimation. Work with Product Owner for prioritized Epic User Stories Facilitate Sprint Planning and Sprint Review Facilitate Daily Scrum Facilitate end of Sprint Retrospectives Capture and report team performance metrics (Velocity) Shield team from interruptions during the Sprint Assist the Project Manager throughout the User Story Lifecycle Coach team on Agile ldquoBest Practicesrdquo Assist Product Owner and team with Roadmap Planning Projects to be supported include Infrastructure improvement projects like Scanner replacement, WANNetwork improvements in addition to application development projects. Requirements Being adaptable to project-specific administrative support (meeting invites, submitting requests, change controls, meeting minutes). Break the work into sub-projects working with application and product owner. Ideal candidate needs to be adaptable, moving from Waterfall to SCRUM as the client transitions totally over to the Scrum Methodology. Application Development background (Java JavaScript) is preferred, WAN experience would also be acceptable, mobile scanner technology, other mobile tech experience will be accepted. Strong experience in Scaled Agile, Scrum and Infrastructure Data migration project BS or BA degree in computer science, business administration, or related technical field or equivalent experience is required Minimum 5 years in project management in large enterprise environments overseeing small to large teams directly and in matrix managed environments Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and organizational skills, and the ability to build strong working relationships with technical and non-technical teams alike at all levels including senior management Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide the efforts of small or large teams to successful project completion Ability to manage multiple projects at once, as required, and prioritize appropriately Skills with standard project management tools including Clarity, MS Project, MS Office, Visio, and Niku Experience with standardized project management methodologies, processes and compliance standards including SDLC, RUP, PMI, CMMI, ISO, Six Sigma, ITIL and SOX PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe. other PM Certifications preferred Additional Responsibilities Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts. Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc. Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-WikiKnowledge Base. Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
