Showrunner Lauren S. Hissrich recently posted a beautiful photo from the set of Season 2, along with a message of hope. The picture was taken one month before during the shooting scenes. Lauren also wrote a heartwarming message with it to grow hope amongst fans during this difficult time. Have a look at the recently posted image on Twitter.

As one can see in the image, sunbeams peeking through a forest. Lauren wrote that the sun just like the image will rise again until then everyone should stay home and stay safe. The Witcher’s production is also delayed with all the other ongoing projects. They are no official news on when will the production start. This might affect the release date of the show. Season 2 might be coming a bit later than expected due to this sudden delay.
Showrunner Lauren S. Hissrich Has Also Posted A Heartwarming Message Along With The Image.
The first season made its debut back in December 2019 and soon gained a huge fan base within a short period of time. The show has some big leads including Henry Cavill, Freya Allan, and Anya Chalotra, who all are returning for the second season as well.
The show has been celebrated as the next Game of Thrones and not only that but Kristofer Hivju is also reportedly roped in for the next season as well. Netflix has not yet announced an official release date for season2. Meanwhile, all we can do is wait for the second chapter to unfold.
