Netflix’s “Wednesday” series has been watched for 1 billion hours in just 20 days

Only 20 days after its debut, the Netflix Series “Wednesday” has joined an elite group with more than 1 billion hours of the series’ viewing time. The streaming service’s today-released viewing statistics place the supernatural dark comedy series as the third most-watched program of all time. Within the first 28 days of their release, only “Squid Game” and “Stranger Things 4″ had more streams than “Wednesday.” With 1.35 billion Hours Watched, Stranger Things’ fourth season leads all English television programs and is the only one to rank above “Wednesday.” The critically acclaimed television show “Wednesday” has amassed an incredible 1.02 billion hours of viewing time to date. It has 8 days left to surpass “Stranger Things” and “The Squid Game,” which received 1.65 billion hours of viewing.

About the “Wednesday” series

Wednesday Addams is dismissed from her school after releasing live piranhas into the school’s pool in retribution for the boys’ water polo team abusing her brother Pugsley. This prompts her parents, Gomez and Morticia Addams, to enroll her at Nevermore Academy, a private school for hideous outcasts, in the town of Jericho, Vermont, where they attended high school. In a nutshell, paraphrase it like this, paraphrase it like this, paraphrase it like this, paraphrase it like this, paraphrase it like this. She does learn, though, that she inherited her mother’s psychic prowess, which she uses to solve a local murder investigation.

Who is Addams’s family?

Addams’s parents, Gomez and Morticia Addams were the very first characters portrayed by Imelda Staunton and John Astin in the 1990s syndicated series “The New Addams Family.” They are referred to by various characters throughout the series as well; for example, Renfield refers to them as “the freaks,” which is also his crass nickname for them.

Gomez and Morticia are aware of their daughter’s apparent mental instability, and often try to remedy it. This enrages “Wednesday”, who does not believe that her parents love her – this is evident when she hears them speak about removing her appendix. Gomez Addams is the father of the Addams family. He is portrayed as a handsome man in his mid-to-late 40s with black hair and a mustache. He is very smart and well-educated, but his intelligence is overshadowed by his “nerdiness” and he can’t always understand what the rest of the family is saying.

With a total of 341.2 million hours watched in its first week of release, which translates to more than 50 million households, the series broke the previous record of 335.01 million hours held by Stranger Things 4 to hold the record for the most hours watched in a week for an English-language Netflix series.

The program has already received two Golden Globe nominations. The show will compete in the Best Musical/Comedy Series category even though Jenny Ortega is nominated in the category for best actress.
