Cop of Kansas apologized after he spread fake “Slurs Coffee Cup Hoax”!!!
A police department in Kansas apologized after one of its police officers claiming to have found a McDonald’s cafe coffee cup with the words “F-ing Pig” written on it.
In a statement on Wednesday, Herington Police Chief Brian Hornaday instructed McDonald’s staff, civilians and law enforcement officials that “really regretted all the unnecessary and negative attention and pain” that precipitated the incident.
Hornaday stated in one of the press releases:- “Hope this act will only be remembered as an act of single man, not an act of any group of women or men who have enough dare to boldly protect and serve the civilians of this beautiful and great nation.”
The 23-year-old soldier, who is not publicly identified
The 23-year-old soldier, who is not publicly identified, made the story “as a joke” and resigned from the department, Hornaday told reporters at a press conference on Monday.
Hornaday initially publicized the cup photo in a widely shared Facebook post, claiming to be an employee at a McDonald’s in Junction City, written extensively in a passing window.
Hornaday said Monday that an investigation by the department and the fast-food chain found that the charge was “completely manufactured and falsely alleged.”
