Jalandhar:- Another Patient of the district has succeeded in beating Corona.Nila Mahal’s Rajni was discharged from civil hospital on Monday after two consecutive reports came negative.Rajni was admitted to the Civil Hospital on 21 April.After treatment, the first sample was sent for examination on May 3, the Report of which came negative.

Similarly, his second sample was sent for investigation on May 6, whose report was also received negatively.On the other hand, the corona virus infection test report of Mayor Jagdish Raja’s OSD has come negative.He may have yet another test.OSD Walia also had a negative report last week, but was not discharged from the hospital due to the second report being positive.However, according to the new guidelines of the central government, a decision may be taken on Tuesday if the first test report comes negative.

Earlier, a corona-infected patient from Jalandhar died on Monday morning and 13 new cases were reported. Out of these 12 patients are of Qazi Mohalla and 1 of old vegetable market. According to the health department, all these people have become infected after coming in contact with Naresh Chawla, a patient who lost his life in PGI. With this, the total number of infected in the district has now increased to 186.
