ISO 27001 Equivalent

Matter of Software are pleased to confirm we have been awarded a certification in recognition of our security and GDPR compliant processes within the business – Iasme Gold is similar to ISO 27001.

IASME Gold is the name given to an audited Iasme Governance Audited business, a third party auditor performs an assessment against the IASME Governance standard which covers security and GDPR. The assessment is closely aligned to ISO 27001 however is more appropriate to SME businesses and those operating within the UK.

The standard includes all of the five cyber essentials technical topics and adds additional topics that mostly relate to people and processes, for example:

• MONITORING

• CHANGE MANAGEMENT

• TRAINING AND MANAGING PEOPLE

• BACKUP

• INCIDENT RESPONSE AND BUSINESS CONTINUITY
