Same as the mechanics that I’ve mentioned earlier, senior software developers are bound to receive the most difficult tasks in the company. It makes sense, though, right? At any given point in time, the majority of the junior group could swing from those who have just become “junior developers” to those who are soon to become “senior developers”.
