You have to first understand why your HP Officejet 8630 printer does not Print. The Microsoft documents will not print if the file is damaged. If the word program has got corrupt or outdated, it may throw some issues while printing. Windows operating systems would be preventing the program to print.

If there is any problem with hardware connectivity, you cannot print, and the printer will throw an error. Troubleshoot your printer in order to find the reason for the issue. Test the ability of the word program. Open MS Word, click on the File menu, and select New. You can also use the keyboard shortcut ctrl + N to access a new document. Type =r and(10) in the document, and then press the Enter key. Type a few paragraphs of text.

Now try printing the document. If the document prints successfully, you can modify the font size and style in the original document to be printed. To change the font size, use the mouse, and highlight the text. If you want to make changes to the whole document, use ctrl + A, and select the whole document. You can also insert the Clip Art. Choose Insert in the Menu bar, and select Clip Art. Type the name of the clip art to be inserted. Right-click on the art, select the Insert option, and close the pane. Now test the print function again. The printer will now be able to print the document from Word.
