Well, first of all, you need to check for the WhatsApp updates. So go to the Google Play Store or Apple App store and check out if any update is available or not. If there is update availability, then update your WhatsApp application. However according to the company, if your Android whatsapp version is v2.18.41 and if you are using Whatsapp version v2.18.22 on iPhone, then you likely get the payment feature.

So once you update the app, you have to open a chat window. Then go to the settings, and if you see the Payment feature, then you are all set to setup your UPI. However, as we have mentioned above that right now not all the smartphones are getting the feature. So there is a chance that you might not get to see the feature even after updating the app.
