Wireless Network Watcher

Wireless Network Watcher

Are you curious who and what is connected to your wireless networks? You can download Wireless Network Watcher and run this tool on your machine and it will scan everything that is connected to your wireless networks.

I downloaded the Wireless Network Watcher tool and ran the .exe file in the zip file and it automatically scanned my wireless network.

For example, see below the list of devices that it detected, along with the Device Name, MAC Address, Network Adapter, Device Information, User Text, First Detected on Time, Last Detected on Time, Detection Count and whether it is currently Active.

This is useful when you have a duplicate IP address and unsure what is currently running on your network.  You may also want to run this when you’re running out of IP Addresses.

Wireless Network Watcher is supported on Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003/2008, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10.

If the tool doesn’t correctly detect the wireless adapter the you’re using, you can to Advanced Options or press (F9), and manually choose the correct network adapter.  See below:

There is no cost to using the Wireless Network Watcher as the license is free.

At anytime if you have any questions about the Wireless Network Watcher l or have any issues that you require assistance, feel free to email us at [email protected] and we’ll be glad to assist you.
