New Hero Lectro C5i problem with Bluetooth connectivity

I have been proud owner of Hero Lectro C5i for more than 2 years and 2 months. Apart from rear tube issues there is no other issues at all with this electronic bike and riding experience has been tremendous to say the least. Recently I have found some peculiar problematic issues with Bluetooth connectivity, which works, weired in many times while driving at the stiff road cliffs and where there are many people at the ground and you have to carefully drive it in order to move within many people in the streets.

With Hero Lectro C5i I find better Bluetooth connectivity and smart bicycle concepts, there has not been any such difficulties for the last one, and half year but now after that time I find it some difficulties in managing and maintaining Bluetooth compatibility with Hero Lectro C5i. Now the light does not turn up here am talking about front light when I turn on the switch at the meter of bicycle, as I have to connect it with Hero Lectro C5i App with mobile phone and through Bluetooth and then turn the light on with the app after connecting bicycle with android app in my case. It is not switching on automatically when by manually switching on the lamp switch at the left side of handle.

So every time while returning to home from office I have to connect my Samsung phone with Hero Lectro C5i app and then by adding this I have to turn on light from the app instead of manually doing and even in the situation of no Bluetooth still I have to go for all of these steps again and again and that is so time consuming and boring in this case. So, I will have to take the android phone all the time even if it is not required but in order to turning on the lights my phone with Hero Lectro C5i android app and Bluetooth on and then compatibility with it is a must to turn on the light.

After some days I have found that even moving to pedal assist mode which have three alternatives such as light, medium and high and to do this only with herolectro  app it is possible but manually through handle meter it is not possible at all and this means that entire process will only go through with app and manual use of it is not at all possible in my case and this means only the meter is used to start the engine but after that no other functionalities can be done with it.

So only the manual meter is used to switch on the meter located at the left side handle and then the key on it to activate it and after that there is no other manual functions can be done with it and in order to work other related functions such as to tune on light , medium and fast pedal assists mode and then to stop pedal assist mode and run it pure with battery mode and then to turn on the front light and then to other related functions. So far I have not been finding any such easier way to get rid of these problems but ultimately I found that I have to work with Bluetooth connectivity as this makes the entire process difficult as well as I have to do it while feeling tired from office and entire process to be done repeatedly.

Now one or more problem is surfacing after connecting Hero Lectro with its android app through Bluetooth. Now the bicycle stops after some time and the ignition button which is situated at the right side near accelerator needs to be pressed on from time to time while driving the electrical bike and this becomes very  tiresome while driving electric bike during the course of crowded places as for some time entire traffic comes to the standstill. Now I am thinking about I should have bought the electric bicycle sans app support and Bluetooth connectivity so that such weired Bluetooth and its app support.
