Or else if you go with GOIBIBO or Make My Trip then as hotel management software they take huge commission and as hotel you want to create a software or running hotel management system then you could avoid such hefty commission.  It is easier to create this with Wix website.

After registration and  installing website through Wix and then reach to its dashboard.  Then go to App Market and Install Wix Hotels Beta. Now it has two Wix hotels app but you should install Wix Hotels Beta. In the left hand sideafter installation of Hotels beta you should find other settings such as:

After installation of Hotel beta app now you have to full with information with property set up and property management.  In the peoperty set up  you have following points :

10. Promotion Codes

In the setting up hotel go to complete your business information. And in the name Provide yours hotel name and then put up a high resolution hotel logo. Then provide category of yours business such as Hotel and then provide short description within 150 characters. Then provide location information and contact information.  Then in contact info provide email and phone number.Then provide business hours and if you are at Hotel Business and do it for 24 hours.

Then add a room type of yours Hotel. Now you will reach to Room Types. Then click create room type. o start getting reservations, create your first room. Highlight your room’s best features in your setup and start attracting guests. It will ask for what kind of room do you want to create? Let us first create the room by searching for Deluxe Room. Then click on Next.

Then you will reach to room details. Here, you will provide display name, adult capacity, total capacity, revenue account. Here, you can set your room’s base price and it has different options. Here you can set base price of room per night. Then you will reach to next page where you can choose room’s amentities. There are many featured Amenities  and you will have to choose from yes or no options.

Here you will find featured amenities,  room views, room features, electronics, cosmetic  appliances, domestic appliances, ventilating and air conditioning, room amenities and after choosing amenities click on next. It will then reach to upload room photos. Then upload at least one photo and if you want to add more and more photos later then you can do it later and then click complete.  Then you will reach to Room Details and here you can specify number of bed rooms, area, bed types. Here you will find  room identifiers such as room, floor, room numbers.

On the right hand side of room information you will find summary of rooms such as room identifiers, amenities, rates and gallery where it will be shown as number of photos you have uploaded. Then click on save. In the general settings of hotel property set up  here you will provide general information and here provide number of rooms, measurement unit in square meter or square feet and you can find pricing which comes in three options such as without any change, by rounding up and the last one is by rounding down.

There is another option about child pricing, if you offer different prices for children, and if yes  then for which ages. If not then simply put no to it. You can customise rate plans like let the customer pick yours perfect stay. You can place master rate too. In the tax categories you can as add GST taxes from here. You can put two types of discount type such as fixed price and can include in the form of excluded from price. If any additional tax to be included then you can add it here. In earlier version you can add only one type of tax and in the new form of Hotel app you can add various taxes.

In the next it is markets list which means from which countries guests can reach to yours hotel, if you want to receive visitors from across the world then make it all countries.  It also provide the option to receive money in which type of currency  such as currency Indian Rupee then put it INR. You can create promotion codes,  by adding coupon in terms or name, coupon code, discount amount, usage limit, revenue account, reservation date,  and in the lass part you can activate coupon in order to activate it and then save it.

If you have channel partners such as make my trip or goibibo.com then you can go to property Management and then channel manager and then search for make my trip and goibibo and then click on arrow and then click on connect and it will ask for Hotel Id and username.  There are many  additional ways you can customise price options and other amenities and provide secure ways to receive prices and you can customise entire booking process and can receive booking from all over the world.

Guests can book yours hotels  anywhere around the world and can book and send money for prior booking and that will make yours entire booking management proper and adequate.
