Solution 1: We can simply add a subfolder for that particularly Targeted region, to which we can separately verify in webmaster for that particularly targeted country. Ex: www.example.co.in/US or www.example.co.in/UK.

Solution 2: We can also add a sub-domain to the existing domain and can verify that separately in webmasters. EX: us.example.co.in or uk.example.co.in

Solution 3: Else, you can use country language tags as sub-domains and then can verify in webmasters. EX: en-gb.example.co.in (UK) and en-us.example.co.in (US).
