The iPhone 14 Pro introduced a 2x in-sensor crop mode for the main camera, and the iPhone 15 Pro takes it a step further with the addition of 1.2x and 1.5x zoom options.
If you prefer the simplicity of a 1x photo without any zoom, Apple allows you to disable these built-in zoom levels.
