Lok Sabha on Monday Paid Homage to  late LJP leader Ramchandra Paswan, who passed away on Sunday. Ramchandra Paswan represented Samastipur Lok Sabha constituency in Bihar. The House also paid homage to former Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit who passed away on Saturday. 

While, Rajya Sabha witnessed repeated adjournments following ruckus by opposition parties. Members of Congress, TMC, Smajwadi Party, besides other parties disrupted proceedings by shouting slogans, leading to adjournments. Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu first adjourned the house till 12 and later till 2pm and it was again adjourned till 3 pm. 

Opposition members protested on issues ranging from Karnataka political crisis to violation of human rights.
