Vivo X Fold 3 Pro was released in China in March. Vivo is now said to be gearing up to launch a foldable phone in the Indian market. The Chinese tech brand has yet to confirm the timing, but a new report suggests that it will be officially unveiled next month. The Vivo X Fold 3 Pro is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. It has an 8.03-inch internal AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It has a Zeiss triple rear camera, as well as up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage.

Citing industry sources, MySmartPrice reported that the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro will launch in India in “early June”. If this leak turns out to be true, it will be Vivo’s first foldable smartphone to hit global markets.

Vivo’s previous foldable smartphones, the Vivo Fold 2 and Fold+, were only available in its home country. Vivo X Fold 3 Pro competes with Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5, OnePlus Open and Tecno Phantom V Fold in India.

Meanwhile, a Vivo phone with model number V2330 recently appeared on Geekbench with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, 16GB of RAM, and Android 14. This phone is the global version of Vivo X Fold 3 Pro.

Vivo X Fold 3 Pro was released in China with OriginOS 4 and Android 14. The E7 has an 8.03-inch main AMOLED display with 2K resolution (2200 x 2480 pixels) and a 6.53-inch external AMOLED display (1172 x 2748 pixels). Both screens support a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS4.0 built-in storage. It has a Vivo V3 imaging chip and a TÜV Rheinland-certified carbon fiber wristband that can withstand 500,000 movements.

Vivo has equipped the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro with a triple rear camera that includes a 50-megapixel primary camera. There is a 32-megapixel selfie camera on both the outer and inner screens. It is IPX8 rated for dust and water resistance and houses a 5700mAh lithium battery that supports 100W wired and 50W wireless charging.
