Poco C61 was launched in India on Tuesday, March 26. The phone appears to be an updated version of the Redmi A3 that was launched in the country in February. Poco C61 is powered by MediaTek Helio G36 chipset, 8MP AI-enabled dual camera system and 5000mAh battery with 10W charging support. It comes with two RAM and storage configurations and three color options. It is currently for sale online and will be available for purchase later this month.

The Poco C61 4GB+64GB variant is priced at Rs 6,999 in India, while the 6GB+128GB variant is priced at Rs. 7999. The phone will be available in India via Flipkart on March 28 at 12:00 PM. It is available in three colors – Diamond Dust Black, Etheral Blue and Mystical Green.

The Poco C61 features a 6.71-inch HD+ (1650 x 720 pixels) LCD display with 90Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The phone is powered by MediaTek Helio G36 SoC which comes with Android 14 based user interface.
In terms of optics, the Poco C61’s AI-powered dual rear cameras include an 8-megapixel primary sensor and an unspecified secondary sensor with LED flash. The front camera built into the water drop has a 5 megapixel sensor.
The Poco C61 packs a 5,000mAh battery that supports 10W wired charging. It has two SIM cards, 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS and USB Type-C. The phone has a 3.5mm audio jack and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It weighs 193 grams and measures 168.4 x 76.3 x 8.3 mm.
