Vivo Pad 3 Pro With MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC, Vivo TWS 4 Series Launched: Price, Specifications

Vivo Pad 3 Pro was unveiled on Tuesday (March 27) as the Chinese smartphone maker’s latest tablet. The new Android tablet was launched as the successor to last year’s Vivo Pad 2 and uses MediaTek’s flagship Dimensity 9300 chipset. The Vivo Pad 3 Pro packs a 11500mAh battery with 66W fast charging support. This pen supports Vivo Pencil 2 and has an audio unit consisting of eight speakers. In addition to the new tablet, the Chinese company also introduced the Vivo TWS 4 (TWS) series true wireless stereo earphones.

Vivo Pad 3 Pro, Vivo TWS 4 Series Price, Availability

The Vivo Pad 3 Pro is priced at CNY 3,999 (approximately Rs. 46,000) for the 16GB RAM + 512GB storage variant and CNY 3,599 (approximately Rs. 41,500) for the 12GB RAM + 256GB variant. The 8GB RAM + 256GB model is priced at CNY 3,299 (approximately Rs. 38,000), while the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model is priced at CNY 2,999 (approximately Rs. 34,500). Color options include Bo Xia Zi, Cold Star Gray and Spring Tide Blue and will be available in China from April 3rd.

The Vivo TWS 4 series comes in two variants. The original version costs CNY 399 (approximately Rs. 4,600), while the Vivo TWS 4 Hi-Fi costs CNY 499 (approximately Rs. 5,500). It is available in dark blue and white.

Vivo Pad 3 Pro specifications

The Vivo Pad runs on OriginOS 4 and features a 13-inch LCD display (2064 x 3096 pixels) with an adaptive refresh rate of 30Hz to 144Hz, a maximum brightness of 900 nits and a touch sampling rate of 240 Hz. This screen also supports HDR10. Under the hood, the Vivo tablet comes with a 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC, 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 internal storage. This tablet is equipped with a 3D heat dissipation system that uses a 37,000mm square graphite heatsink.

Visually, the Vivo Pad 3 Pro has a 13-megapixel rear camera. It also features an 8-megapixel camera sensor on the front. This tablet features an eight-speaker audio system that supports audio formats such as AAC, WAV, OGG, APE and FLAC. This tablet supports Vivo Pencil 2 input and can be connected to the keyboard via magnetic pogo pins.

The Vivo Pad 3 Pro offers numerous connectivity options including Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, USB OTG, NFC and a USB Type-C port. including color temperature sensor, gravity sensor, light sensor, gyroscope and hall sensor. Additionally, it has an 11,500mAh battery with 66W fast charging support. The battery is said to remain in standby mode for up to 70 days on a single charge. The dimensions of this tablet are 289.56 x 198.32 x 6.64 mm and its weight is 678.9 grams.

Vivo TWS Series 4 Specifications

The Vivo TWS 4 series consists of Vanilla TWS 4 and TWS 4 Hi-Fi. The former supports LDAC, aptX Adaptive, AAC, SBC and LC3 codecs, and the latter supports LDAC, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, AAC, SBC and LC3 audio codecs. It is equipped with 12.2mm drivers and features active noise cancellation (ANC), which is said to reduce ambient noise by up to 55 dB.

The TWS 4 supports Qualcomm’s S3 Gen 2 audio platform, while the TWS 4 Hi-Fi runs on the S3 Gen 3 audio platform. The device comes with low latency gaming support, resulting in a delay of 44ms when paired with a compatible Vivo phone. It also offers Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity. The headphones are also IP54 certified for dust and splash protection. These headphones are powered by a 54mAh battery that is said to provide up to 11 hours of battery life on a single charge.
