Poco C61 will launch in India next week, Poco India has confirmed via its official social media. Xiaomi’s national sub-brand has confirmed that the new phone will be sold through Flipkart. The Poco C61 is said to come with a display with a higher refresh rate and a larger battery. It is said to have 6GB of RAM. The Poco C61 will be the successor to last year’s Poco C51. Poco C61 is rumored to be powered by the MediaTek Helio G36 SoC.
On Friday, Poco India announced via its official X account that the Poco C61 is scheduled to launch on March 26 at 12:00 noon IST. According to the teaser, it comes with a dual rear camera setup. Flipkart has created its own microsite.
Flipkart microsite confirms availability of 90Hz HD+ display for Poco C61. It has 6GB of RAM and users can get an additional 6GB of virtual RAM for better multitasking. It is confirmed to have a 5000mAh battery.
The Poco C61 is speculated to be an upgraded version of the Redmi A3. It is available in 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB RAM and storage variants and is priced at Rs. It is possible to deliver price tags. 7499 and Rs 8499 respectively.
The Poco C61 features a 6.71-inch HD+ LCD display with 500 nits peak brightness and Gorilla Glass 3 protection. MediaTek Helio G36 SoC is reported to be paired with 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. It has a side-mounted fingerprint Sensor for biometric identification.
In terms of optics, the back of the Poco C61 has an 8-megapixel primary sensor and a 0.08-megapixel secondary sensor. There is a 5-megapixel sensor on the front. It supports 10W wired charging.
