Smart Communications has lots of loopholes in their system nowadays. So, most of my posts are becoming Smart-ish. Globe/TM users who cannot make the Proxifier works, this may work with you. Unfortunately, this is for Android devices only. No PC, no Laptop. Are we clear? Thanks to the makers of this app and the provider of the settings, without them we will still be enslaved by the high internet charges of the telecommunications in our country.

Requirements:
Globe/TM SIM (needs to be registered to a promo, any promo as long as the promo provides free Viber and FB) or Smart/SmartBro SIM with zero load
Download this Psiphon with modified logo
Android tablet or phone (SIM capable, at least with 3G network for faster speed)

Procedure:
1. Enable the internet data connection of your Android device.
2. Install the downloaded Psiphon with modified logo in your device.
4. Run Psiphon and tunnel whole device.
5. Follow the following settings:
Globe/TM

(Check) Show on Start
(Check) Remove Port
Custom Header: X-Online-Host
Proxy Server: www.google.com
Real Proxy Type: Default
Real Proxy Port: 80
Servers: Philippines
Tick the Check Symbol

Smart

(Check) Show on Start
(Check) Remove Port
Custom Header: X-Online-Host
Proxy Server:  www1.smart.com.ph (if not working, use safezone.ph or gamex.pH:80)
Real Proxy Type: HTTP
Real Proxy Server: 10.102.61.46 (or 1.237.57.18, or 121.1.3.194)
Real Proxy Port: 8080
Servers: Philippines
Tick the Check Symbol

6. Hit Save to start the connection. Wait until it connects. Start browsing the internet using your default internet browser.

Another Method for TM/Globe Users (Need Load)
If you cannot make the above tricks work, try using the Psiphon below with different settings. This requires that you are registered to GOSURF 15, this setup will bypass the MB allocation of GOSURF.

Requirements:
Globe/TM SIM registered to GoSurf promo (Send GOSURF 15 to 8888, PhP15/2Days)
Download this Psiphon8.2HUI | Mirror
Android tablet or phone (SIM capable, at least with 3G network for faster speed)

Procedure:
1. Setup the internet data connection of your device. Different phone/tablets have different access to the Internet Connection Page. You are in the right track if you can setup the internet by modifying the APN, proxy and port of your Android device. It is usually found in the Settings}} Wifi and Network Settings}} Mobile Network. Input the following values in your device's internet settings:

Name: Any name (i.e. Globe Zero)
APN: http.globe.com.ph
No proxy and port

2. Install the downloaded PsiphonHUI in your device.
4. Run Psiphon and tunnel whole device.
5. Follow the following settings in the Psiphon Handler Menu:

(Check) Remove Port
Proxy Type: Real Host
Proxy Server: www.google.com.ph (or m.globe.com.ph)
Real Proxy Type: HTTP (or SOCKS)
Real Proxy Server: 10.199.212.2 (or 127.0.0.1)
Real Proxy Port: 80 (or 8080)
Select Region: Best Performance (or United States)

 6. Hit Save and start browsing the internet using your favorite internet browser (better to use Chrome or Firefox).

Enjoy! You can now browse, stream, download and play online games even without load!
