Thanks to the emerging Indian market smartphone manufacturers are flocking the scene with several products. The latest to join the ranks is Ivoomi, a China-based smartphone manufacturer that has marked its entry into the Indian market with the dual-SIM iV505. The iV505 comes equipped with a 5-inch qHD display and is powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz coupled with 1GB of RAM.

Imaging features on the phone include 5-Megapixel primary sensor on both the back and the front. The iVooMi iV505 is backed by a 3,000mAh battery and supports fast charging. On the software front, the device comes loaded with Android Marshmallow along with SmartMe overlay. The device offers 8GB of internal storage which is further expandable via a microSD card (up to 128GB). Connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth, A-GPS and a 3.5mm audio jack.

The iVoomi iV505 retails at an attractive price tag of Rs 3,999 and will be available on Shopclues. Interestingly the device comes with dual 4G VoLTE slot which means that one can pop up two Reliance Jio SIM cards on this phone and access the 4G LTE. iVoomi is also expected to launch four new handsets in India all within the price bracket of Rs 4,000 to Rs 10,000. Furthermore, the company is also planning to establish its research and development unit in India by 2019. Thanks to the Reliance Jio iVoomi iV505 is expected to shape up as a great option for first-time smartphone buyers and also those who intend to use Reliance Jio (or any other 4G network) as a secondary connection.
