One major part of this course is the Swilcan Bridge.

Like anything that has stood the test of time, change is eventually going to come. Recently the iconic landmark has received a small addition. There has been a small garden patio added to the bridge.

It’s done very well, and it looks like it had been there from the beginning, but we know it hasn’t. I just wonder why? Why now? Why change it at all? I’m not sure how I feel about it right now.
I don’t hate it, but also, I’m not sure if I’m a fan. It’s safe to say these Twitter users are NOT fans of the addition:

Don’t like it – leave it alone – original shape

Disrespectful to old traditions if you ask me.

Horrendous. Why not just leave it?
