WWE has released the Nominees for this year's Slammy Awards "Double Cross of the year". This category is meant to describe the greatest heartbreak/betrayal moment that happened in the year. The nominees include:
- Triple H Pedigrees Daniel Bryan allowing Randy Orton to win the WWE Championship at SummerSlam
- Shawn Michaels Superkicks Daniel Bryan at Hell in a Cell
- Mark Henry feigns retirement before attacking John Cena
- Paul Heyman betrays CM Punk at WWE Money in the Bank
The fans are directed to vote for their choice using the WWE App. This Award will be presented by The Shield to the winner on the December 9 edition of RAW.
