This is like watching a puppy pretend to be a wolf.  It doesn't quite fit what you expect a sweetheart like Taylor Swift to be singing -- which might be the reason why it's so surprisingly cute. Could this be the beginning of Swift exploring more edgy themes and tones in her songwriting? She has to grow up and mature at some point. If so, this could be a testing of the waters, so to speak.
