I have never written in the first person singular. But, today I will.
This post will be exactly 250 words long. The last word I write will be the 36,500th word of this year. At the beginning of the year, I took the challenge to Publish a hundred words for the next 365 days. Guess what, all 365 x 100 = 36,500 words have been published and it’s not even June!
And, here are the ten announcements:
- Did you know? You can follow Antarctica Daily on Twitter, Facebook, and even Tumblr.
- The book called Thought Experiments in Lonely Solitude was inspired by Antarctica Daily.
- From tomorrow onwards, I will try to write regularly for my blog Dr Diary. Please do follow this blog. It will be as awesome as Antarctica Daily. Only, the topics won’t be as absurd!
- Dr Diary is a science blog, that combines the humor of Antarctica Daily with the Reality of the world to explain the difficult topics of science to the general public.
- I am a Medical Student, hence I’ve very less time for blogging! So, I was about to end writing for Antarctica Daily.
- But, I changed my mind. Instead, I decided to continue publishing. Daily!
- From now on, I will often publish stories like a serial. The complete story will be divided into seven parts for each day of the week.
- I will also publish (weird) poems and compilations of Antarctica Daily posts.
- By the way, Antarctic Government is completely fictional!
- This is the 321st post!
