It´s a wonderful day outside and Bruce, the hawk, is flying over the city.

He flies by Francis´s place and notices a hose in Jason´s backyard.

Bruce decides to land on the garden and have a drink to sate his thirst.

As he nears the garden and is about to land, his vision gets blurry and he ends up crashing.

Francis is inside his house, trying to sleep when he´s startled by the noise.

He decides to come outside and see what the ruckus was about.

Cat: what in the world is going on out here?

He´s stumped by what he finds.

Bruce, the hawk, is in his backyard, tangled in the garden hose, unable to get free.

Cat (cont.): what are you doing?
Bruce: Oh, hello…
Cat: hello my but! Can´t you keep it down?

Bruce (scared): back off you wrecked cat.
Cat: say what now?
Bruce: I´ll have you know I´m very unsavory.

Cat (clueless): you´re what?
Bruce: Unpleasant! Not tasty at all.
Cat: so… you don´t want my help getting out of that mess?

Bruce: You´re not going to eat me?
Cat: (sys)… seriously? This is starting to get ridiculous.
Bruce: I don´t understand.

Cat: do you want my help getting out of there or not?
Bruce: what´s in it for you?
Cat: You get off my backyard and I go back to watching my soap.
Bruce (confused): you like staring at soap? Where´s the fun in that?

Cat: Not soap, my soap opera, a TV show. (sys) Why do I bother?
Bruce: just to be sure, you´re not going to….
Cat (interrupting): eat you? No.

Bruce: Can you please help me?
Cat: that´s what I´ve been trying to do.
Bruce: Okay. Thank you.

Francis nears the hawk and pulls the hose from around his neck.

As Bruce gets free he stretches out his wings. He´s huge.

Above, in the sky, Rafael flies over and is on his way to his house, in the tree when he spots Bruce circling Francis with his humongous wings.

Rafael: Oh no!

He speeds and lands on the hawks head.

Rafael (cont./bitching): leave my friend alone, you brute!

He pokes Bruce with his beak in the head while yelling with him at the same time.

Bruce (trying to shake Rafael off of him): Ouch! That hurts! Stop!
Cat: Rafael stop!
Rafael (stops for a moment): what?

Cat: stop, I´m okay.
Rafael: But… he was…
cat: no he wasn´t.
Rafael: But I saw, he was going to kill you

Cat: No he wasn´t.
Rafael (turns to the hawk): You listen to me, you… you… big bully!
Bruce: I didn´t do anything.

Rafael (sys/turns to Francis): I can hear you grinning! Why are you smiling like an idiot?

Francis had his head on his paw and he´s highly entertained starring at Rafael.

Cat: You just called me your friend.
Rafael: No I didn´t!
Cat: yes, you did.
Bruce: It´s true, I…

Rafael (to the hawk): you shut your pie hole!
Cat: You were worried about me.
Rafael: next time, I´ll just let him eat you.

Cat: you said I was your friend.
Rafael: It was a heat of the moment thing.
Cat: ha! So you do think of us as friends!

Rafael (looking to the side/deflecting): No, I don´t.
Cat: you said, and I quote: “ leave my friend alone, you big bully!”, end quote.
Rafael: I never said that.

Bruce: Umm… yes, you did.
Rafael: Was I talking to you? Shut up! (to Francis) stop grinning!

Cat: Love you too birdie.
Rafael: I hate you. I should´ve just let him k…

Rafael´s rant is interrupted when Francis decides to give him a kiss and licks his face.

Rafael (spitting/disgusted): pft… I seriously hate you.

He tries to clean Francis spit from his face with his wing, but is unsuccessful.

Rafael: next time I´ll just let you die.

Francis blows him a kiss.

Rafael stomps away, bitching.

Francis starts to laugh uncontrollably.

Cat: Ha! Ha! Ha!
Bruce: you truly are a weird cat.
Cat: thank you. I´ll take that as a compliment.
Bruce: Thank you for helping me.

Cat: you´re welcome.
Bruce: and Francis?
Cat: yes?
Bruce: Thank you for not trying to kill me.

Cat: come by anytime.
Bruce: I will. Bye.
Cat: Bye.
