Japan has released some rather frightening information regarding Mountain explorers and hikers, as numbers of missing people reports and deaths continue to climb. As someone who loves hiking and lives in the mountains, I understand the desire to explore, but please take many precautions, plan ahead, and be very prepared for a multitude of situations.
