Career

In 2003, at 13 years of age, Sheckler became the youngest gold medalist when he won the skateboard competition at the X Games, which took place in Los Angeles. That same year, Sheckler joined and was a foundational member of the skateboard company Almost, founded by professional skateboarders and entrepreneur Rodney Mullen and Daewon Song in 2003.
