Hillsong Responds to Anti-LGBTQ Accusations After Chris Pratt Controversy

After Chris Pratt appeared on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” last week, a Twitterstorm started over a tweet posted by actress Ellen Page.

On the testify, Pratt discussed the impact his religion has had on his life and his select to do the “Daniel Fast.”

Pratt responded to the backlash resulting from the tweet in an Instagram tale TAGEND

“It has recently been suggested that I belong to a faith which hates a certain group of people and is’ infamously anti-LGBTQ.’ Nothing could be further from the truth. I go to a religiou that opens their doors to absolutely everyone.

Despite what the Bible says about my divorce, my religiou society was there for me every step of the action, never try, precisely gracefully accompanying me on my gait. They facilitated me tremendously offering their affection and carry. It is what I have seen them do for others on countless reasons regardless of sexual orientation, hasten or gender.

My faith is important to me but no religion defines me or my life, and I am not a spokesman for any faith or any group of people. My costs characterize who I am. We requirement less detest in this nature , not more. I am a man who believes that everyone is entitled to enjoy who they demand free from the judgment of their fellow man.”
