It didn’t take long for stills from the ad to run in all the regions of the internet, breaking down just how racist it is toward Black females. Dove has since defended for the ad and attracted it from Facebook.

Dove seldom creates reflective appeal and form caution promos, doing everything from representing a transgender mother in its ads to representing blind peoples' experiences. But the company has a long long bequest of fight with intersectional feminism, especially when it is necessary to bigger mass or racist beauty criteria--and this one is no exception.
