Jane Seymour’s son, Sean Flynn, celebrated his 38th birthday, and Jane took the chance to party like a youngster again. The 72-year-old actress took to Instagram to wish her son a happy birthday with a video of her dancing wildly and joining the band to perform the Kiss classic, “Rock and Roll All Nite.”

Jane affirmed that she “was 40 again” in the caption, agreeing with her son and followers. “Rock & rollin’ all nite celebrating @seanmflynn’s birthday at @desertfivespotla! I had an incredible time singing and dancing, feeling like I was 40 again!” she wrote.
Sean was happy to see his mother having fun
The cheerful video featured the actress in jeans and a plunging satin camisole-style top with her hair let down to her shoulders. Sean was pleased to see his mother let loose and have fun, and fans of the Hollywood actress felt the same way. “Best night. Glad I got to give my mom a great night. Love you,” he commented.

A fan added that Jane danced and looked agile, like a 40-year-old in the video. “Happy birthday to Sean as well,” they wrote. Another follower, who indicated she was turning 40 next year, also gushed over Jane in the comments. “You are 40!!! You rock the dance floor you hot girl. Come on and let’s celebrate my 40th birthday the same way next year!!!!!!!! You are absolutely amazing. Chapeau,” she wrote.
Jane maintains a close relationship with her children
Sean is Jane’s second child from her marriage to David Flynn, which ended in 1992. Aside from Jane and his elder sister Katherine, she shares twin sons with her ex-husband, actor James Keach, whom she split from in 2015. She also has two stepchildren from her previous marriages, Jenni and Kalen, whom she considers her own rather than “step.”
“We’re really close, including my two stepchildren, Jenni Flynn and Kalen Keach. But we don’t use the word stepkids. We do not distinguish. I’m very proud of all my children, and I spend a lot of time with them,” she said in an interview with The Guardian.
