“Okay Howard,” said Jerry. “Tell me your business idea.”
“Well," said Howard, "It’s a type of restaurant, but it will only serve coffee and espresso drinks.”
Jerry scratched his head. “I don’t get it. People can buy a hot cup of coffee at any diner, quickie mart and fast food joint, along with a meal and other food. Why would someone want to buy it from us?”
Howard grinned. "Because we’re going to charge three dollars a cup.”
And they called it Starbucks.
