It's that time of year in which I remember that jiggscasey.com exists.
And now as I look at it again, I remember all the good times we had on this thing. We started it almost exactly 7 years ago today, and through 2000 posts and some good friends made, this blog was a big part of my life from 2005 to 2009. It chronicled my lazy grad school life, the eventual finishing of my dissertation, the making of our stupid youtube movies, and even logged the day that I finally got married.
With all of that history it hurts to say that this will be my last post on jiggscasey.com. And though most of my blogger friends are now long gone, and thus will never see this, let me just say that I appreciate all of the folks that I interacted with on here. The experience was amazing.
However, I don't want this post to be sad, so I'll leave you with the following wonderful information:
My wife and I are expecting our daughter within the month.
