Isaiah Otieno was listening to Music while walking down the street only to be struck by the aircraft that had crashed to the ground. He might have been Playing Music too loudly with an in-ear headphones passed through the hood of his shirt, that he wasn't able to hear people shouting warnings to him about the 'copter that's about to crash on his direction or the terrifying sounds of an out-of-control helicopter. Otieno was out for a walk in British Columbia to mail a letter to home. The accident leads to his instant death.
