As Starcasm previously reported, former Unexpected dad Max Schenzel found himself back behind bars after being arrested for drug possession on February 8. We now have court documents revealing more details about Max’s pending charges, including what looks to be a newly issued warrant for his arrest. According to the Direct Complaint in the criminal case, Max “knowingly did possess or use fentanyl” and also paraphernalia with the intent to “introduce into the human body fentanyl.” The fentanyl possession charge is a Class 4 felony.
