I apologize to all readers of my CAT ATTACK BLOG for my extensive absence of writing. Many have wondered about my where abouts over the past month. The question is not relevant to the situation as I am back and will be posting my Report on this very Wednesday. Likely the report will be picked up by the international press circuit.
