Concrete Leveling

The Concrete in your driveway, walkways, patios and garage could move with the ground. Freezing and thawing as well as high moisture or clay content in the soil could cause the ground to move and your concrete to sink. Also, if concrete is poured over areas where soil was disturbed during construction it could eventually settle and sink.

You can restore your sunken concrete with Concrete Leveling services offered by will first drill 1 ¼ inch holes in your concrete to pump the fillcrete through. Afterwards they will patch the holes with a mortar repair which provides a more consistent finish than patching with concrete. This will only take 20 minutes to harden and you can drive on your driveway almost immediately after the job is complete. It is recommended that you don’t park on your driveway for at least 48 hours after the job is completed.

The fillcrete will not break down over time unless it is exposed to water, which is why proper drainage of your property is important. It will also help stabilize the soil base.
