In an effort to be a truly full-service Design Build company, we are excited to
announce the addition of Amanda Needham to the Paradigm family as head Design Manager! Amanda is an accomplished interior designer with over fifteen years of experience designing and building Custom Homes. After earning a BFA in Interior Design from Michigan State, she began working for one of the nations’ top designers and became their lead project designer. She collaborated on homes as large as 40,000 square feet and even had a project featured on MTV’s Teen Cribs.  

Amanda then decided to move to the DC area to be near family and has been providing custom home Design Build services for discerning clients ever since. She shares, “I am so excited to be calling Paradigm Building Group home as they share a similar vision for construction, design and global outreach.” It is our hope that having someone like Amanda on the Paradigm Building Group team will aid our clients in not only elevating overall design selections but their build experience as a whole. Given her extensive experience and passion for design, she will be a soundboard for your ideas, offer suggestions when needed and generally make the process more fun for our clients. Like Paradigm, it is Amanda’s goal for you to walk into your new space and instantly feel at home and love where you live. 

In addition to interior design, Amanda has a passion for giving back and has volunteered with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Habitat for Humanity’s Global Village, Miriam’s Kitchen, Bread for the City, So Others Might Eat, Mary Mount University’s Interior Design Program, Compassion International as well as Gourmet Symphony.
