Cleaning for the Season

Are you one of those people who believe in a complete Cleaning of your home, from top to bottom, with the change of each season? If you are, it becomes a difficult pattern to break as it was done without thinking – you always knew when that day would come. From the early morning to the darkness of night, you cleaned, and that is good. Sometimes it meant two days! Maybe not so good then.

Now life is different in so many communities. No longer can medium income families live without both partners working. Expenses are higher, and if you have children, tuition, and activity costs creeping into the mix, the burden is higher. You try to manage expenses, but sometimes at the burden of your health and living your life.

So what did I do to change this custom in my family of very clean people? Building a small House with one level is perfect! No, seriously, investing in a complete cleaning of my home at the start of each season is worth more than you are actually paying.

It’s fortunate that there is a company I can trust and rely on – honestly. Thorough Clean, unlike other business, are there to help you because they WANT to. Yes, the jobs they gain are great for continuing their business and hiring employees, but it goes beyond that. They love their job. They love helping others. So in turn, their rates are reasonable and can always be adjusted to your budget. Now that’s honesty.

Leave your house keys with the office and go out and enjoy the new season. It’s not about money – it’s about doing activities with those you love. Yes, it is a health issue to not clean your home regularly, but your issue now is the long hours spent cleaning walls, screens, windows, window sills, and blinds (the most dreadful of all).

Many of us have established a great routine on general house cleaning, even getting others in the home to participate. This is great. I know I would never be able to live in an unsanitary home – a home is supposed to be a place that you can relax, be yourself, have guests over, and sometimes something as simple as just being safe in the comfort of your own home.

Come on – give yourself a break! You deserve it! A home is not designed to make you a slave to it. It is a place all your own. A place where you are comfortable, relaxed, happy, and ready to start each day with a positive new outlook.
