We wanted to just acknowledge and thank you for the Excellent service we received from your organisation.

You were recommended by our neighbours and we have not been disappointed.

The visit by Brian (designer) who then arranged for Ian (fitter) to carry out a site survey to meet our timelines through to the back office (administration) of Jan, Siobhan and Zuzana who kept us informed at all stages have all shown us a professionally and efficiently run business.

All communication has been timely and comprehensive with a friendly voice on the phone at all times.

Clearly though, our praise goes to Jacob (fitter) who did the ‘rip out’ of the old doors and then the fitting of the new.

Jacob did all his work with no noise, no mess and with a manner that is a credit to him and your company.

It was a pleasure to have him in our home and we believe his is clearly an asset to your organisation and I hope you will recognise just what a contribution he makes.

We have friends who are thinking about replacing wardrobes and were waiting to see how we progress. I guess it will be no surprise that if they plan to proceed, they will make contact and probably ask for Jacob!
