This summer, it has been too dry, then too wet, and now too hot. But building must go on, and it has. In addition to material shortages, labor shortages have also occurred, and no one can work outside when it is raining cats and dogs. Despite these issues, our projects have continued progressing with only minor delays. I give a lot of credit to our construction firms and their workers, as well as all of the subcontractors like masons, plumbers, mechanical contractors, electricians, excavators, painters, roofers, and more. We continue to spend a lot of time trying to get the best value for our clients without compromising the quality we all expect. Global turmoil in the markets have an amazingly huge local impact.
