modern contemporary architecture (a term coined by us) is an amalgamation of two similar – yet distinct – disciplines of home design, structure, and construction.

“Modern Home Architecture” – born in the 1900s, was created as a means to break-away from the common architectural styles of the time period and create a revolution.

“Contemporary Home Architecture”  – coming at a later date, is a means to look towards the FUTURE of design and create drastically alternative styles.

Thus modern contemporary was born as fusion of these two now somewhat similar forms of home design which incorporates the best of both. Most architects and home builders attribute their creations to one or the other, because these two architectural styles have become overlapped and misconstrued throughout time. Simply put, most don’t know one from the other in today’s era, but we have looked through a few architectural designs and have picked 10 that we believe represent our new term, Modern Contemporary, to the fullest – so we can finally end the misunderstanding of which term a home belongs to and lead a new revolution towards the future, harmony, and one term that fully incorporates homes that are more than the norm – homes that are truly works of art.
