Timber Block's top priority is the health, safety and well being of our staff, clients, partners and their families. Effective today, March 18, our model home locations in Canada and the United States will be open by appointment only until April 1, 2020. At that time, we will reassess the situation surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic, and will respond accordingly.
At Timber Block, we pride ourselves on our high level of customer service, therefore we have taken the initiative to ensure minimal impact on our operations, and as such, all departments and production will remain open. In addition, our staff is available via phone and Email during regular business hours. We also have the capability to set up virtual meetings with our clients and partners, and if needed, we will schedule individual meetings at our model homes by request.
