- an Advanced Secondary On-Site Wastewater Treatment Facility is mandatory for Southern Moreton Bay Islands
Failure to comply with conditions may result in prosecution under the Plumbing and Drainage Act 2002.

- Site plan: drawn to scale to accurately display the location of your home and other buildings, the treatment plant and the effluent disposal area.
- Inspection details: include specifications and maintenance processes from the manufacturer (and safety signs if proposing surface irrigation)
